We use exclusively eco-certified, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment — without compromising on effectiveness.
Each member receives uniquely numbered LUXE wash bags. When your bag is picked up it's sealed and tracked with a unique ID. You can follow your bag's journey in real-time through the app until it's returned to your door.
Yes — no contracts, no penalties. You can pause, modify, or cancel your LuxeRinse subscription at any time directly through the app. We believe in earning your loyalty, not locking you in.
If you're not 100% satisfied with any LUXE service, we will return and make it right — completely free of charge. Your satisfaction is our commitment.
